Effective 22 July 2026

A refund rule you can evaluate before paying.

The pilot has two clear full-refund conditions. An unsupported batch never forces you into a larger engagement.

When a full refund is issued

  1. Unsupported input found before processing. If submitted input is outside the confirmed supported scope, we cancel before processing and refund the full US$149 transaction amount. No upgrade or different service is required.
  2. Missed delivery boundary. For inputs confirmed within the supported scope, if we cannot deliver the CSV and validation report within the agreed 48-hour window after complete inputs and any required initial clarification are received, we refund the full US$149 transaction amount.

For a pre-processing cancellation, working files are deleted under the privacy policy and no conversion work is delivered.

What does not automatically create a refund

Unmatched Items, low-confidence mappings, or exceptions are expected safety outputs. Their existence alone does not qualify the order for a refund. The service does not promise every line will map or that a customized ERPNext site will accept an import unchanged.

The 48-hour window does not run while required inputs or the included mapping confirmation are missing, unreadable, or awaiting your response.

Payment and currency disclosure

Payment is handled through an individual Contra fixed-price project. When this policy requires a refund, PO Draft Pack refunds the full US$149 transaction amount through the original payment route.

Contra, your card issuer, or your bank may apply exchange rates or conversion charges, so local-currency amounts can differ.

Request process

  1. Email sunquanzou@gmail.com from the verified buyer contact.
  2. Include the Contra project reference and state which condition applies. Do not resend PO files.
  3. After verification, the eligible refund is issued through the original Contra payment route.

This policy does not limit any mandatory right or payment-provider dispute remedy that applies by law.
