The service
“PO Draft Pack” is an independent, human-reviewed file-preparation service. The only public offer is US$149 — ERPNext PO Import Pilot. It covers up to 25 English, single-currency customer PO PDFs and 500 pages total.
Included output is an ERPNext Sales Order Data Import CSV, validation report, exception/unmatched-item report, and one low-confidence Item mapping confirmation. Delivery is targeted within 48 hours after complete, accepted, in-scope inputs and any necessary initial clarification are received.
Not included
- Direct ERPNext access, API connection, automatic import, or Sales Order submission
- Tax, discount, shipping/freight, multi-currency, credit, accounting, or pricing-policy decisions
- Handwritten or non-English PO processing
- Customized required ERPNext fields unless already represented in the supplied template and expressly accepted
- Email inbox reading, EDI, monitoring, ongoing integration, or production support
Your inputs and authority
You confirm that you are authorized to share and process the submitted business documents and master data. You will minimize personal data and will not submit prohibited sensitive material listed in the input instructions.
You provide a current ERPNext Item CSV, optional Customer CSV, and enough site/template information to prepare the import. Missing, inconsistent, unreadable, encrypted, or customized inputs can pause the delivery window until corrected.
Draft-only responsibility
Schema acceptance was tested using controlled fixtures on ERPNext 16.28.0 / Frappe 16.27.0. Customized sites can differ. You are responsible for comparing the output with your own current Data Import template, testing in an appropriate environment, and checking customer, item, quantity, rate, currency, dates, warehouse, taxes, totals, and business rules.
We do not claim fully automated extraction or error-free conversion. Human review reduces risk but does not eliminate it.
Delivery and communication
Delivery is a ZIP shared through a new password-protected Tresorit Send link. The buyer must download it before link expiry. The service includes one mapping confirmation, not unlimited revisions. Material scope changes require a separate future agreement; they are not forced as an upsell.
Operational notices are sent to the PayPal payer email unless another authorized contact is confirmed. No meeting is required.
Refunds
The Refund Policy is part of these terms. In short, the buyer may choose a full refund if the paid input is clearly outside the published scope, or if we cannot deliver at least one reviewable import package within 48 hours after complete in-scope inputs. Unmatched Items alone are handled in the exception report and do not automatically create a refund right.
Practical limits
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the pilot is provided as a file-preparation service without a guarantee of compatibility with every customized ERPNext site. PO Draft Pack is not responsible for actions taken after delivery, including importing, saving, submitting, fulfilling, invoicing, or relying on unreviewed output.
Nothing here excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. Any aggregate liability arising from this specific pilot is limited to the amount paid for it, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
