Service terms for one bounded pilot.

These terms define the output, input limits, Draft-only boundary, 48-hour delivery window, and refund conditions.

The service

PO Draft Pack is an independent, human-reviewed file-preparation service. The primary public offer is a free, no-obligation proof using one English, single-currency PO. It is Draft-only and requires no ERP access.

If that proof is useful and the buyer chooses to continue, the existing US$149 ERPNext PO Import Pilot may be offered as a separate paid next step. Its deliverables are an ERPNext Draft Sales Order Data Import CSV, validation report, exception/unmatched-item report, and one low-confidence Item mapping confirmation.

Not included

  • ERPNext login, API connection, production write, automatic import, or Sales Order submission
  • Tax, discount, freight, multi-currency, credit, accounting, or pricing-policy decisions
  • Handwritten, non-English, materially unreadable, corrupt, or inaccessible password-protected POs
  • Custom required fields, custom scripts, or approval workflows unless expressly accepted
  • Email inbox reading, EDI, monitoring, or ongoing integration

Your inputs and authority

You confirm authority to share the documents and master data. Provide a current ERPNext Item CSV, optional Customer CSV, and sufficient template/settings information. Missing, inconsistent, unreadable, encrypted, or customized inputs can delay acceptance or be rejected before processing.

Draft-only responsibility

The output is not a posted transaction. It must be reviewed by an authorized ERPNext user before import, saving, submission, fulfillment, invoicing, or accounting use.

We do not claim fully automated or error-free conversion. You remain responsible for comparing the output with the current Data Import template and checking every field and business rule.

Payment, delivery, and communication

After the buyer replies with ERPNext version, estimated PO count, and scan status, we confirm scope and create an individual US$149 fixed-price project through Contra. No public checkout link is used.

After payment, input and output ZIPs are transferred through password-protected Tresorit Send. Do not email business files. We do not require or accept ERPNext login access. Working files are deleted within 7 calendar days after delivery, or within 24 hours of a verified earlier request.

Refunds

The Refund Policy is part of these terms. Unsupported input discovered before processing is cancelled and refunded in full. For confirmed in-scope inputs, failure to deliver the CSV and validation report within the agreed 48-hour window results in a full US$149 refund.

Practical limits

To the maximum extent allowed by law, compatibility with every customized ERPNext site is not guaranteed. PO Draft Pack is not responsible for actions taken after delivery using unreviewed output. Aggregate liability for this pilot is limited to the amount paid, except where law requires otherwise.
