What is collected
This site does not collect payment information or customer files, and PO Draft Pack does not receive full card numbers. Contra handles each accepted US$149 fixed-price project and its payment record.
Service delivery uses only the PO PDFs, Item CSV, optional Customer CSV, ERPNext template/settings information, clarifications, and generated output needed for the published pilot.
The website records first-party, cookie-free conversion events: page path, event type, time, and allowlisted UTM attribution. It does not store IP address, user agent, email address, file name, PO content, or ERP data in analytics.
How pilot files are handled
Customer files are not uploaded to this website or sent through email. After scope acceptance and payment, files are transferred using password-protected Tresorit Send. Inputs and outputs are not used to train models.
Service providers
Cloudflare hosts this site and the limited event database. Contra handles each fixed-price project and payment. Tresorit Send handles password-protected file transfer. Google Gmail handles email.
Retention and deletion
- Working inputs, temporary files, and output are deleted locally within 7 calendar days after delivery, or within 24 hours of a verified earlier request.
- Tresorit Send links expire after 7 days by default and can be revoked sooner.
- Contra and email transaction records may be retained for refunds, disputes, fraud prevention, accounting, and legal obligations.
- A deletion log may retain a project reference, timestamps, and deletion status, but not PO contents.
Questions and deletion requests
Email sunquanzou@gmail.com from the verified contact and include the Contra project reference. Identity is verified before deletion.
